Enquiries & quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and advance payment as per the quote.

Bookings, changes & cancellations

Payment schedules, change requests and cancellation terms are set out in each event’s agreement. Third-party vendor costs may be non-refundable once committed.

Liability

We take every care to deliver your event as agreed. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather or government orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
